The design has a flaw.

Love the thing. You can taste a difference. One big caveat is the dispenser button. It's kind of hard to push without moving the entire thing. You have to hold the nubbin and push while holding your glass. I would have preferred either a more conventional spout or a more solid base. A+ design everywhere else though especially the refill top

Took the dispenser to an overseas family member that has been boiling water to date. They have loved the filters' ease of use and quality of the product. Would highly recommend.

The dispenser is awesome! The bimonthly filter is easy to change. Another perk is that water flows quickly through the filter. The design of the pitcher is modern looking. The pitcher itself is fairly lightweight, important for the “older consumer.” Also, your website is welcoming and easy to navigate when ordering additional filters to keep on hand. Nice to not have to leave your house during Covid to have fresh, filtered water on hand. Packs of bottled water get too heavy to handle. Your product is a nice and helpful alternative.

I have recently reached out to the customer service team. unfortunately my product leaks a sizeable amount every day :( until that started happening, though, i was in love with the product! the customer service team has been so great so far as we work to resolve the issue.
