HUGE different in taste of water

This picture is easy to use (simple set up instructions) and we can NOT believe the difference the water tastes (so good!!!) let alone all the things we can’t see happening. Our whole family is hooked on it and I am so happy we discovered this simple way to have safe drinking water. Fans for life!

I've had mine since January 2023 and since then I've bought additional filters . Big difference in water taste and smell 😋 no going back to drinking tap water. And the money I'm saving not purchasing water in bottles pays for itself. Lol been promoting item to friends and others. I don't do many reviews but this item is worthy of a pause and comment

Quality not what it was

I’ve been buying for myself and my family and telling my friends about lifestraw for a few years now, not just for the mission but also the actual filter product which is clearly superior to other filters. We have bought 2 glass and multiple plastic. I avoid buying plastic but both glass pitchers broke fairly quickly in the kitchen.
However in the past our plastic pitchers lasted a few years and we replaced because we couldn’t clean them that well after a few years.
So now we have two plastic in our kitchen - one we bought last year on Black Friday and another we bought more recently. Both pitchers are leaking. And not a small leak - we need to keep them in the sink it’s so much water. It’s a real bummer.
I really want this company to be successful but you need to figure out why the newer pitchers are leaking. It seems to be from the bottom but we can’t really tell.

We purchased two of these last November as they were everything we were looking for in a filtered pitcher. Unfortunately, one began leaking from the bottom in June and the company was great about replacing it. I love their vision and their products. We also purchased the water bottles and straws.

Needs new pitcher design

The value it can hold on the filter reservoir is much much smaller than the actual pitcher. It also mold extremely fast within the silicon and on the stop of the inside of the flap.

I LOVE this water filter - home dispenser!
As a tea drinker I am super sensitive to water that has a chemical or bad taste. Buying bottled water is expensive and brings with it the issue of single use plastic bottles and the impact that has on the environment.
It is truly life changing for me that our tap water with its unpleasant taste once filtered through your two filters comes out of the dispenser tasting clean and fresh like well water in the Swiss mountains (that’s where I grew up). I notice that I make & drink more tea during the day and really enjoy the flavors of it. The water straight from the dispenser is very palatable, and the fact that I don’t have to spend money on bottled water and pollute with single use plastic bottles just makes me feel good.
Definitely will recommend to all my friends and to whoever will listen to my enthusiastic endorsement.
