This one is much better than the dark obsidian color 7-cup I got that leaked around the gasket when pouring water.

We do love our new Lifestraw dispenser, but the only thing is the release valve leaks a little...so when you let go of it, it still dribbles. I wondered if they all do this? the water is very good tasting, and we love the way it gets filled.

It’s nice to know that my water is clean and tastes fantastic!! It’s been a long time since I’ve found a great filter where the water does not have the chlorine taste and does a great job filtering all the chemical, particles and parasites and microbes out and this is it!!
I am a tea drinker and my tea tastes so much more better with this water.

A++ water but so SLOW

I feel like I’m going to the well when I need to get some water. The water comes out so slow the push button is a faulty design. HA I would not have survived 8,000 years ago. Overall though the water quality is beyond, appreciate that.

So close yet so far from being a great water filtering solution

The upside: Lifestraw filters are great and what you get with this dispenser is no exception.
The bad news: this will leak. A lot. The entire contents of this tank will eventually make its way out so fingers crossed you’ve got a free section of your sink to let it sit in, unless you like soaked floors. Wake up super thirsty? Have fun refilling it and waiting! In a hurry and just need water to make coffee quick? Hope you didn’t think filling it the night before would help - it’s all gone!
If they ever actually make improvements to this tank it would be great. But as is, I’d look for something that seals properly.

Great Product, Great Policy!

I purchased one of these pitchers last year from another vendor site. Unfortunately, after a year of hardcore daily use, the bottom sprung a little leak. So, I contacted Lifestraw, thinking they'd tell me I was out of luck and before they even responded to my email a new pitcher shipping notification hit my inbox! I'm thrilled to have a replacement - we go through tons of water on the daily and this product is extremely useful for getting fresh, clean tasting water that's not coming in plastic bottles!
