Makes a very clear difference

Makes the tap water taste much better and safer to use. No more residue buildup in our humidifiers; or pots when boiled on the stove. And with the recent multiple chemical spills I feel a little less terrified to drink water while using this filter.

Takes an entire day just to fill the whole pitcher with water.

I’m told that it being “slow” is only supposed to be temporary. I’ve had this thing for months and it’s virtually unusable because it DRIPS the water you’re trying to filter — therefore, it takes almost an entire day to which I have to keep going back every couple of hours to fill it. News flash: I work 40 hours a week, I can’t devote my life to refilling the filter every 2 hours because all it wants to do is DRIP. I seriously hate this thing but I can’t even return it because it’s been months of me trying to make it work.

The pitcher is easy to use and the water tastes so good and smooth to drink.
I love how the pitcher is shaped, so I don't worry about it tipping over when I take it with me in my camper van when I go on trips.
