I’ve had this for about maybe 2 months and I love it! It’s easy to fill up and clean! The water tastes great and it’s definitely worth the price!!

The Achilles Heel

My wife bought this dispenser filter 1 year ago, and the result was amazing: fresher water, better tea and coffee, and sparkling water for cooking.
less than a year after buying the unit, the dispenser valve failed, completely emptying the full dispenser into our refrigerator.
i would like to purchase another of these dispensers, but only if that valve has been replaced with something more reliable than the one we had for less than a year's use year's use.

It leaks!

I love what it does. But it leaks. Out of the front slow drips. Not sure why. It always has. If it weren’t for this one problem it would be 5 stars.

Leaks

I got this product in July and it has been leaking since end of december(it’s 2/19 today)! I love the product but I can’t believe it’s already leaking. The nozzle to make the water stop coming out won’t stop all the way so I have to put a bowl under it and it wastes so much water.
