Lasted 304 Days then cracked

The 10 cup pitcher lasted 304 days until the plastic pitcher body cracked.
On the one hand it was a solid product up onto this point. Doing what next to none do. Filtering bacteria/virus/microplastics etc.
On the other, it was annoying to come to the site seeking to buy a replacement 10 cup pitcher body only to find they’re sold out. Gee I wonder why they’re sold out? Maybe because there is an issue with the 10 cup plastic pitcher body?
I might try the home 18 cup dispenser next. I suspect that by leaving it in place and not moving it around that it’ll last longer.

I really love the dispenser. It was easy to get started and works great. I love that water comes out almost immediately and doesn’t take long to filter. My water tastes incredible and I’m saving over $40 a month. The subscription filter plan is extremely affordable and I bought it at the same time so I never have to worry about clean water. Thank you

We have used a traditional Brita for like 10 years and I finally decided I was ready for something new. I love how much water this holds and it honestly tastes better than the Brita water did. Woohoo!!

Great taste, dispenser needs redesign

Love the the clean water taste and how it looks in my fridge. Do not love the slow rate of water flow, takes forever to fill up a glass. The nozzle situation, though sleek, needs a redesign.

Water filter pitcher

I bought this picture to keep on hand if our water supply gets contaminated or we have to drink water from the river. So I’m anticipating it will be great to have. My sister uses hers daily and recommended it. Thank you.
