We moved to a new town....terrible tasting water. I started searching for a fix and found Lifestraw. I like their mission so decided to give the 10c pitcher a try. Great drinking water right away, that problem was solved, but my pitcher started leaking and I was very disappointed. I reached out to customer service and the ywent over and above what I would expect. Buy this product with confidence.

We enjoy the fresh, clean flavor of the faucet water now. Gives confidence knowing that we are no longer allowing foreign pollutants into our bodies. We've had recent water contamination in our area. This provoked us to purchase this purifier. Proactive measures for today's reality.

This is a great addition to drinking in a healthy way.
May I ask if you can send the shipment every four months? I am the only one who uses the filter so it lasts longer. I could not figure out how else to reach you about this request.

Loved it but now it's leaking

Love my LifeStraw pitcher. I received it as a gift. It's stylish and worked great. I use it all the time. Unfortunately several months after I got it the bottom started leaking. There are visible cracks. Not sure how or why it happened. I never put it in the dishwasher. I only hand wash it. So disappointed.
