Confusing

When I ordered the caraf, I ordered a box with 6 filters and one large filter. It has been a year and I wanted to order another of that set but the site is unclear about exactly what you are getting and it was not the same set. It’s annoying to have to order piecemeal.

It is a little heavy

It is a little heavy when full, but I think that’s due to the filter, so it’s not a problem for me if it is clearing the bacteria as I need it to.

I really do love the idea of the home dispenser, but overtime maybe like 2-3 months in my boyfriend started to complain about a weird taste. At first I was in denial but nope the water tastes weird. I tried filtering a couple of rounds to possibly filter out whatever it is, but have failed to get rid of it. It's sad because I had also got my parents one for christmas, and they started to complain as well.
