I love this idea because I don’t have to keep up with remembering to replace the filters or not having one on hand when time to replace! I was writing the dates on the empty box. Thanks so much for offering this. I would also like to have the yearly filter automatically shipped and will set that up soon!

This is a great countertop

This is a great countertop system. My only piece of feedback concerns the initial setup and first filtering of water. It took much longer than described or expected to filter water through the first time. I suggest that this be mentioned in the instructions so that we know we're on the right track in installing and beginning usage.

Great soft cover for glass pitcher

This light grey silicone cover for the glass pitcher is perfect for avoiding any clashes between the glass and our stone countertop. Our family loves our Lifestraw pitcher!

Initially bought the plastic base...MISTAKE!

I bought the Lifestraw 10 cup in Plastic a couple months ago. About a month in the bottom of the base started to crack and leak. I just returned it and am replacing it with the glass base. I love the design. the water tastes really good, and mine filtered really fast.

Our entire cities wells were

Our entire cities wells were found to have fpas higher than approved. They have not come up with a solution and I was pleased to find this filter to protect my family!
