Lifewater pitcher cute, but had to stop using

I love the pitcher design itself, it's super cute! However, I don't know if it's the filter or if our water has a lot of chemicals, but I had to stop using it. Some days the water tasted amazing, but somedays it tasted metal-like. I know it shouldn't taste like that and it may be something in our tap water that is not getting filtered out in the pitcher. Therefore, we decided to stop using it all together.

Great Product

The double filter works great and actually filters the water. Whenever I used a Brita, I would always get a scratchy throat no matter what. However, using the LifeStraw pitcher, I haven't once had an itchy throat from drinking the water filtered using this pitcher. I highly recommend getting this because it actually filters the water unlike other water filters.

I use my Life Straw just to fill up my coffee maker. When the coffee maker is refilled, I refill the Life Straw and proudly leave it on the kitchen counter since it is so fashionable looking.

So happy to have this water filter! It holds a decent amount of water and it’s pretty easy to change the filters. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the center chamber doesn’t hold much water, so you have to fill it and then wait while it filters and repeat this cycle a few times in order to have a full pitcher.

SO much better than brita!! This isn’t even the biggest size and it holds way more water and the filter works so much better! Not a big price difference either, well worth it!!
