Love the design features and attention to detail. This is a very high-integrity, well-made product. No dripping. No need to remove the top when refilling with water. Everything functions well, as advertised. The filtered water is super clear and delicious.
And, the glass carafe looks sleek & beautiful on my countertop.

Plastic is a NO NO for NTM Lung Disease

I thought I was ordering the glass pitcher (my first one broke), but instead received the plastic version. I immediately sent it back for a refund and await the glass pitchers being in stock.
