The filtering is crazy slow

It takes forever to filter even just a little water. Incredibly slow. Love the design, the water tastes great and everything else but it’s just incredibly inefficient

Hi Colby! We are deeply sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with your Home pitcher! On average, each fill of the housing should take about 3-5 minutes to pass through and it does get faster with usage.

PROBLEMATIC

This is the new replacement pitcher that we recently received, as the originally purchased pitcher cracked and leaked. Now this replacement pitcher is already cracking around the base and beginning to leak. We use this all 24/7 as our water is problematic, however, we are not rough with it. Just regular use. This is such a disappointment. Please contact me to discuss these issues and get a refund. Maybe the small glass pitcher would be better?

Step by step instructions were easy to follow. Quick setup and in 5 minutes you’re able to drink some quality filtered h2o! I also want to add I had initially forgotten to include my apartment number so I emailed them and they were quick to ship it AND add my apartment number! Very quick service and prompt response time! Lifetime customer here

The best pitcher I’ve bought

I love this thing. It taste like I’m drinking glacier water, it’s so clean and fresh tasting. It does filter a little slow but basically the same amount of time any other pitcher takes.

Awkward

Bad design. Awkward to pour. Too heavy at base when full. Unbalanced. Tried to exchange was told no. No refunds either. Buyer beware.

Not good , on my

Not good , on my second replacement pitcher . It leaks a month after having it . Company was great (sent me a free replacement), But now The replacement pitcher is leaking too . Frustrated .
