Great (no) taste
on August 30, 2025

I’ve been drinking Target’s Good&Gather bottled water, which is awesome: no taste and crisp. This filter results in water that is perfectly tasteless but not quite crisp. To be fair Target’s water says it uses advanced filtration and reverse osmosis, so it’s not completely comparable. I am pleased with the lack of taste and other benefits of Lifewater’s filter though. It’s nice to not feel the need to buy water. I have recommended the filter to my mom. Please consider redesigning the spout at the bottom to be straighter so water doesn’t collect.

I like the filter but 2 issues: 1) Is the container free of all dangerous chemicals, etc. ? 2) Replacing the filters are very hard to do using 77 year old hands!

I am a Lifestraw customer for life

I love my Lifestraw pitcher. I love the taste of the water, and that my purchases help bring clean water to people who need it. I totally respect your mission.
I just wish that replacement parts would be available for purchase. My old pitcher is destined for the landfill because the delicate filter chamber gasket broke.

Easy to Replace, No Disposal Instructions
on September 3, 2025

The filters came soon after I ordered them. They included instructions so the filter was easy to replace. However, I could not find directions on how to dispose of the old filter. This should also be included. Can it be recycled or thrown in trash?

Easy to use, just fill it up

Once you set up the filters - this is easy to use and pour. Simply fill it after use with the easy top, no need to take the filters out. I use it for the coffee maker. No more multiple trips to get more water.

Drips! Design Flaw!
on October 1, 2025

I’ve had this for over a year. It’s been leaking for quite some time. Not always and sometimes just a drip here and there but more and more I come into the kitchen to find a puddle on my wood floor. Not good! A def design flaw. Y’all should fix it! Cuz the water tastes great.

Help

Well. . . I was all set and raring to go and instead of getting a glass replacement pitcher after my first one broke somehow I got a plastic one. Since then I have been unable to purchase just the glass picture without the filter housing. Could you please help me with that? I don't want to get another plastic pitcher. I think the website for ordering is a little confusing if not glitchy. The fact that the plastic pitcher does not fit the glass pitcher filter housing also caused problems. That should be noted clearly on tge website.
