I love LifeStraw. The glass pitcher is pretty and so much better than plastic. The filters are easy to replace and the replacement subscription is convenient. You have a great product!

Good but hard to put filter in

Overall happy with the product. It is very difficult to unscrew the filter housing to put the filter in. I almost returned it b/c I couldn't unscrew it. My husband was able to after multiple tries.

I really like the pitcher, your company mission, and the filtration system. It works well for what I need, and I plan to use it for a long time.
My one critique is that the top of the filter is not as secure in the base as I would like, and it slides forward when pouring. My previous filter pitcher never had this problem, even after 5 years of use, and the Life Straw one is already having it. I can hold the lid on while pouring just fine, and it’s not too much of an inconvenience, but something to consider in future designs!
