We love that it is glass, and love prior products, but are taking it to NZ (where it is NOT yet sold) and haven’t actually tried it. Would love to provide feedback when we do!

Does not last for a year

it’s false to advertise that these last for a year because you have no idea what kind of water they are filtering. I’ve now had to change filters twice and my first year is not
over yet. Second - is there no way to design the home filters so you change the two filter types from above - so you don’t have to mess around in the clean part of the tank?
