This is the first product subscription I have tried and it worked perfectly. It was easy to sign up and it’s one less thing I need to think about.
The filter itself took care of the chlorine taste of our tap water which other brands of filter could not do. It is such a relief that our tap water is once again top quality. Genius solution!

One of my best household purchases ever

This is my second life straw pitcher. My previous is still in good condition but I live in AZ where hard water deposits are plentiful and very common. Needed a second pitcher to trade off vinegar soaks and I wanted a bigger one.
These are MUST HAVE items for clean water. My first purchase was during the pandemic when bottled water was impossible to find. I should have bought one years earlier. The filters might be pricey but compared to buying cared of bottled water, this is so affordable. Better for the planet, better for my body. It’s all a win-win!!

You sent a faulty filter. The problem was finally resolved in a little over a month. Trying to get help with the chat bot was beyond frustrating I’d say more like painful. That has got to go. Just pick up a phone for crying out loud!

This dispenser does a great

This dispenser does a great job filtering water and stores a reasonable amount in the fridge for my family. My only suggestion is to revisit the spout design. It’s not comfortable to press for more than 5 seconds , and it gets stuck open.

Second pitcher I have bought however this one the lid does not flip easily as the first one did. You have to hold it to fill.
