Affordable, aesthetic and effective

We love our 7 cup pitcher! We got the teal color and it just feels so fresh. Easy to put together, easy to refill, filters pretty quick!

Can’t handle temperature changes

I was really excited to use my new water filter but 2 minutes after putting it in the fridge for the first time, the pitcher shattered, dumping glass and water all over my fridge and floor. There should really be a warning that this isn’t meant to be put in the fridge. Completely frustrated and disappointed.

We love the pitcher! Water is immaculate and it really has helped us drink more water since we can filter our tap water & don’t have to buy bottles— also makes me feel better about reducing our waste. Set up was super easy. Considering getting a second one.

Great - pouring water is slow though

It's a really great water filter, my only complaint is that it is frustratingly slow to pour the water out! It takes way too long just to fill up a glass of water.

Nice but not very functional

I think the pitcher is more aesthetically pleasing but it is slower to fill it and the water doesn’t taste filtered to me. I was disappointed.

During the intimal setup of the pitcher, the flow rate should be about 5-7 minutes per each fill of the housing insert and get faster with use.
