I think the instructions for cleaning need to be more explicit. The dispenser "moves" when I press the "button" to get water. It has to be against something so the whole thing doesn't move. I am happy for good filtered water.

Excellent product. Easy to refill. The water takes incredible. I also bought a pitcher for my home, and my college-age daughter liked it so much, I bought one for her over the holidays to take back with her to college. She had a Brita pitcher but it broke, and she much prefers this pitcher over that one. The design, simplicity of use, and the great tasting water have sold us on this. The flow is quick and both the dispenser and pitcher are easy to refill and maintain.
The shipping time was so fast. The cost was priceless as we are blessed to have pure water and better health now thanks to this product.

Fabulous purchase and customer service

We bought our countertop dispenser because of a TikTok video and the first one we got may have been assembled a little hastily, so the actual spigot part leaked a bit. We reached out to customer service and they were super helpful! Ten out of ten would purchase again.

Terrible design

Simply put, terrible design. The part that dispenses water is very loose and it never was able to hold back the flow. I tried everything I could to keep water from escaping the poorly designed outlet, with no avail. Do not buy this product until they fix the dispensing issue.

The design works really well with our kitchen as we leave this sitting on our counter. We actually have the smaller pitcher to keep in the fridge and bought this one to fill our coffee maker, big water bottles, etc. We are very happy with our purchase. The water filters quickly and we love how it tastes.
