The taste is great but

The taste is great but I bought it as an alternative to bottled water. I have a short term disability and carrying the cases of bottles was difficult. I also bought one for a friend who has cancer and had the same issue. It has truly been a blessing!!

The 1st carafe cracked and

The 1st carafe cracked and you replaced it. Now the 2nd carafe is cracked on the bottom seam around the edge.

The design has a flaw.
