Leaks out the spout and filters at a glacial pace

I bought this about six months ago and loved it for the first month or so. After that time, the spout started to leak to the point where I had to have it sitting on the edge of my sink because it filled the bottom of my fridge with water. Additionally, I changed the filter on time and once I did the filtering slowed to a drip pace. It would take 45 minutes for it to filter the top of the carafe. I reached out and received a new dispenser hoping it was a fluke and I am not dealing with the exact same issues as before. Not worth it. Customer service is amazing though.

It's a relief to have properly filtered water. The tab works fine and rarely drips, though the stream is slower than I'd prefer.

Filter subscription - worth it

Love these filters and the easy subscription service you can use. I like to drink the water every morning and these really last a long time but you can also taste how effective they are when you get closer to the time you need to change them - which reinforces how great this is! So glad I found this.
