Worst filter/ dispenser

We've had two of these, only because the first wasn't working properly. The bottom leaks, we have to keep a towel underneath the spout to keep the floor dry. Also, after about 2 months it started filtering/ dripping extremely slow, we can never fill it up & are always running low on water. It also gathers a white film which floats to the top. We will be throwing ours out soon and finding something new, this ended up being a piece of trash. I wish I would have done more research on a filter dispenser & invested on a higher quality choice.

warranty replacement is defective

This was a warranty replacement pitcher but the filter takes so long to process even after several days of trying. Something seems wrong as our original filter worked just fine

I followed the directions, not once, not twice, but 3 times before the water started filtering properly. I am disabled and it was a week after getting it before I could prep it. very frustrating.

Great but slow dispenser

I Love this filter, the water tastes great. However it dispenses pretty slowly so if you like to fill large water bottles like I do you’ll need some patience. But still love it!

Slow pour and sticking button

This pitcher may be defected. I have been using it for 3+ weeks and the water still pours out very slow, even when full. Also the spout sticks open. I have to push the top of button to make water stop coming out.
Pitcher I accidentally broke before this one didn’t have these problems though.
