The dispenser holds a lot of water, and the filter makes it taste great.

Good Product

The design could be a little better, the spout would work better if designed a little differently. Also the opening at the top should be able to click shut as not to open so something can fall into the pitcher. I will continue to support this company for the good work they are doing.

I really love it but

I really do love this there’s just some small things that can be improved like how fast the water pours out when you push the button it takes awhile to just fill up 1 cup so I just end up taking out the dispenser I’m home so I don’t have to leave my refrigerator open. And while it’s in the refrigerator I have to put a heavy object behind it so it doesn’t slide backwards when get water. Other then that it’s perfect considering it the first large refrigerator dispenser they made.

I love the life straw pitcher! We use it for ourselves & for our 14 month old baby! Gives us a peace of mind that we are making sure we are getting clean water!

Design of the valve should be modified so the raised edge on top of the valve has more surface to hold with several fingers while pushing the button with thumb.
I looked at picture of valve on your web site before ordering & was able to determine that the button has to be pressed but was not able to determine all details. I can see that the valve is designed this way so that it is flush with the water container.
The short edge on top of valve is uncomfortable on my fingers because of arthritis. I would prefer a lever type valve like other brands.

Almost perfect

I've owned a zero water. Brita. PUR. I've drank premium waters like Voss, Topo Chico, Penta, mountain valley (Eisenhower's and Elvis' favorite water brand). So I know something about quality. The design is beautiful. Not great for smaller fridges. I got the 7 cup, still pretty big. Taste is great, you can tase the minerals it leaves behind, no chlorine smell or taste. The biggest design issues is the filter housing. You can't see how much water is in the housing while filling to know when it's time to refill. It needs to be transparent. The flow of water is slow. Not great if you are late for work or in a hurry. If this is for home use, it needs to fit in better. Have a technology to speed up the filtration process, also a filter to reduce fluoride. And give people a tool to know when to change the filter like a timer or a TDS meter. That's my opinion. Other than that. It was worth it.

Pour process needs redesigned

I love this water filter the only problem is that it takes forever to pour the filtered water and it’s hard to push the button. I would recommend a design like zero water with a button and handles on side for you fingers or something similar
