The first one I got leaked and wasted the water constantly. The company was kind and replaced it for free. Now, the second one also leaks and drips, wasting a lot of water. And, to top it off, the entire spring-loaded water spigot completely came off and waited nearly the entire container of water. While I like the filtered water it provides, the counter top model is complete junk. Useless after 2 months.

Great water but slow drip

I love the taste of the water but can never refill the canister completely as it takes forever to drip through the filter. I don't know why it's such a terribly slow drip.

Great Concept, Needs Some Tweaking

I loved the claims of the filtration system of this product, but the large size and slow-pouring spout were turn offs for me. It was just too much of a hassle to constantly fill up. It did not fit under our sink faucet, and it was very slow at filtration. The handles have holes that lead into the water tank which made messes often when moving the product. Lastly, the spout was very slow to dispense the water out, and there is not an option to flip a lever that will constantly dispense like other similar products have.
That being said, I will be purchasing one of the smaller LifeStraw pitchers to see if that works better for me.
