Great Water But…

The water from this filter tastes AMAZING! My only complaint is that it takes foreverrrrrrr to fill up cups/water bottles/etc. And when you’re filling up the cup, the dispenser slides backwards. Just kind of awkward and very slow to fill up cups…

Great water, terrible dispenser

Everything about the filter is great and amazing, but the dispenser only lets out like a trickle of water. So it's not great if you have it in your fridge and you have to bend over to fill up a cup or a water bottle. It's not enough for me to return it, but if there was a new design so that the water is dispensed quicker or even a different brand that could fit the filter and dispense quicker, I would buy it ASAP.

It was nice in the beginning

So basically I bought two one for me and another for my mom but after a few months the water started tasting mineral-y and not in a good way. Tasted like we were drinking penny water. I don’t think they have replacements for the dispenser besides the bottom one, and that doesn’t seem to be the problem.

This was to to be an extra filter for the pitcher. I didn't like the pitcher: too heavy, spout is too narrow. So I went back to my previous pitcher/filter.

Water is better tasting. Like the pitcher unique design. One comment tho, the handle could be set a little lower on the pitcher and maybe beefed up a little.
