Love it! Only critique is weight. Holding the handle kinda hurts when it's more than half full! I imagine the glass version would be even harder to grip.

I love the mission of the company and the high level of filtration the systems provide. However, my recent purchase of a home 10-cup pitcher was a replacement for one that had developed multiple vertical cracks at the bottom, along the seal, after only about 1 year of use.

Design flaw. Continues to drip. Not usable!

Major design flaw in spout. It continues to slow drip. It is dripping to the point that I cannot fill with water since it ALL drips out. I have tried several things including putting a plant in a planter underneath the pitcher to catch the water.
Very disappointed. This ends up being a waste of money and I have to stop using so I don't have water damage to my floor and baseboards.
