Filter container holds a lot

Filter container holds a lot of water, but replaceable filters will outlast the spout. Spring that keeps it sealed so that the water stays in is not strong enough or it’s just a poor design. It drips water after a few months so be mindful about where you place it. Customer service is wonderful - friendly and fast!

I love the clean water but I think the dispenser could have been better as it takes forever to fill a jug and the whole dispenser moves when we press the gadget to pour water

Poor design

The filter works fine. However, the dispenser stinks. Water trickles out slowly and the design seems like it's jimmy-rigged and will break within a year

Great filtration / needs a redesigned dispensing valve

I'm a fan of the clean design and the dual filtration system. My only issue is the valve mechanism. The first one worked fine for 6 months and then leaked. Customer service (who is great) sent a replacement, the valve stuck open and also leaked from the start. they sent another and it doesn't leak but the flow is very slow. The design of the valve needs to be re-engineered for consistent closure and adequate flow. Planning on retro fitting a different valve on my own

Works well and is elegant

Works well and is elegant looking, but is very bottom heavy for the handle. Also a more narrow oval shape like other pitchers would be a more efficient use of fridge space. The 7 cup is a little too small but was the only one that could fit in my fridge. Wish I could have gotten the larger pitcher.

Great tasting water, trickle like spout

Water tastes great and I love the sleek look of the Dispenser. Holds a lot of water which is definitely a plus. One star off for the spout. The water trickles out at such a slow pace. Filling up a 32 oz. Bottle takes at least a minute where it would take a few seconds with a Brita.
