I love the product for its purifying capabilites, but the unit always does a 4 to 7 drip process after each dispensing and then stops dripping.

Design flaws

I feel very good about the purity of the water from this Lifestraw purifier. But the dispenser part of it is a loser. It takes a great deal of pressure for water to flow and I have to maintain that pressure for a long time in order to fill a 30 ounce cup because the water comes out so slowly. The other problem is that because I don’t have room for it in my refrigerator I have to find something to brace behind it in order to be able to apply sufficiently pressure to the valve. It may work fine with the back of the fridge to hold the unit in place but not on a countertop. Hence the 3 stars.

Great filter

I have no problems with the filter, is small, filters slow but is not a problem for me, first days the taste of the water was like chlorine but after that the taste I very good, the only problem is that I have been using it for not more than 4 months and the bottom is crackling and leaking water, I wish it could be mor resistant.

I love the service! Filters system is great! Tastes good 99% of the time. If we do not use much we do need to change it out once in a great while.

It's a little tall for short people to handle (I'm about 5'4 or 5'5), I can manage, but it is easier for my tall boyfriend to pour from the tall pitcher than it is for me. We love it, though, and the base is perfect to keep the noise down, cushion impact for the pitcher and our countertop.

I've had the LifeStraw Home glass pitcher for almost a year. Love it! Regular filter subscription makes it easy. Will soon have to order one year filter. Where does time go? Drinking good water makes a difference! Thank you.

I loved the taste of the water but when I try to fill my glass up it trickles out and takes almost 5 minutes to fill one glass. It’s horrible and so disappointing.
