You can taste the difference with the water compared to a Brita filter. Absolutely love my pitcher!

I was so excited to have this pitcher especially after reading all the good reviews. After only one week of use cracks have formed around the bottom of the pitcher and has left water leaking out onto the counter. Super disappointed.

I have very hard water

Everything was fine with my dispenser until recently it started to leak all over the place! I’m hoping the quality of the dispenser in general is not this poor and i am hoping to get a replacement. somewhat disappointed with the product.
