Bought this. The water takes forever to go through filter. You can get about 6 ounces in 45 minutes. It is ridiculous.. don’t waste your money.

Very happy with purchase. We took it with us on a visit to a national park. Didn’t have to lug cases of bottled water and still get to enjoy SAFE and good tasting water for the 4 of us the entire trip. Customer service was fabulous too. The sprout developed a very slow drip after a month+, but customer service took care of it very courteously and promptly. Highly recommend!

Plastic seams poorly designed

Very very short life span. I like this pitcher more than the brita but they bottom seam has cracked in multiple places with normal use. 3 months of use and the product is already going in the trash. I wish it had better manufacturing.

Leaky product don’t buy

We live the quality of the filtration but we have been through two of these dispensers (our initial purchase and a replacement) and both dispensers developed leaks and leaked huge puddles of water. Poorly designed. Don’t recommend.

Great size BUT

This home dispenser has easily provided clean tasting water to myself and my family. However, I have had to replace it because the disbursement nozzle leaked and soon after I received the replacement, the second one leaked as well - so much so that we must place a pitcher underneath the nozzle to catch the water leaking out of it. This size is ideal for the amount of water drank in my home but sadly I can no longer use it because of its continuous leaking.
