Really great!

I love these filters! The water that come out of my pipes is very chlorinated and once it goes through the Lifestraw filter it doesn't smell at all and it tastes so much better. I am really glad I found this product.

I believe the pitcher has

I believe the pitcher has an inherent defect in design. Mine starting cracking at the bottom where its glued to the base. While empty sitting on the counter empty more cracks developed. Customer service was great! I received a whole new pitcher with a cool silicone base cover (not the proper terminology). I have only had the replacement a short time so no idea if this pitcher will crack at the bottom too. It does take forever to fill with water.

Taste is great, just had some small flaws for me

Taste is great, no issues. I bought the bigger dispenser, had a couple of things I didn't love... I felt the button to dispense could have been alittle bigger, it's hard to get to but I have arthritis so could be a factor. Also, not a fan of how much water it holds for how big it is, takes up a lot of room in the fridge. With 3 people we fill it at least twice a day. If you have a small sink it's also hard to fill up too. Would buy this product again but in pitcher form.

Leaks after 5 months

This is my second dispenser I've gone through after the first one started leaking from the spout. The spring behind the dispense button wears out after about 5 months and is not strong enough to keep the spout watertight. My current dispenser just started leaking. I hate throwing the whole thing away and creating waste, I'm going to have to find a different option to avoid doing this for the third time.

Works but makes me angry every time I have to clean it

There’s so many nooks that aren’t accessible or easy to clean and it makes me feel like it just counteracts the filtered water. It made me so frustrated once that I snapped the flap.

Flow is good (doesn’t take a long time to filter. The size is great for counter space and not having to fill constantly. Water tastes good! Love the eco friendly packaging it came in too.
