Really great!

I am so pleased with this! I really wanted to have a glass pitcher, and I appreciate the whole design. It feels solid and like it will last for a long time. The filters were very easy to install, and after running water thru a few times, the filtration sped up and is now super quick. I live in a city with high lead concentration in the water, so being able to address that makes a huge difference, as well as getting rid of all of the chlorine taste!

Good But Hard to Clean

I'm happy with this product but think it could use some improvement. The lid for pouring water into is hard to clean because the lid flips down, this means you can't really clean the underside of the lid with a regular sponge. The container that holds the water before filtering it into the pitcher is also hard to clean. The container has a lot of corners and goes down into a point. This means it is also hard to clean because you can't really get into the corners with a regular sponge and your hand cannot fit into the very bottom to clean around the long filter.

Eh, not impressed

Not as nice as I thought it would have been. Takes FOREVER to filter the water, the little trap door to pour more water to filter is awkward and tiny, the whole pitcher is so large it doesn't really fit in my fridge well, and only one small part lasts a whole year, you still have to buy more filters every 3 months or so... Also I thought I ordered the glass version not plastic, so I'm just disappointed. I'll continue to use it but I should have read more reviews first. I understand it's a supreme filter for clean drinking water but the design is just not that great. Oh well!

love this! only problem is that the reservoir to put the water in before filtering is not big enough. It is a nice looking container.
