Great filtration, Bad Spout

The filtration from this pitcher is as amazing as I expect from the LifeStraw line. I wish the dispenser design had been given a little more attention. The spout is not well designed. When you press in to dispense the water, you need to either hold the whole unit or grab onto a very small lip so that the entire dispenser doesn't get pushed back on the counter. Very difficult for me to use with slight hand mobility issues and my younger kids end up spilling more water on the floor and counter than they can get into their cup. I really wish they had gone with a more conventional spout.

Love our LifeStraw dispenser - the filtration system you've created is pretty unbelievable. The water from our well has a very distinct mineral taste and the LifeStraw miraculously removes all of that and produces delicious tasting water. So much better than other brands we have tried. I'm pretty confident that I will -always have a LifeStraw on my counter from now on.

We are absolutely thrilled with our LifeStraw Home 10-Cup! Along with its awesome ability to filter all the bad and harmful things from water, it is really durable and holds a lot of water! 10 cups don't sound like a lot, but it sure is! We like it so much we will be ordering another one. We use it for everything! Not just drinking water, but coffee pot water, pets water bowls, everything. Good-by regular tap water!

We have had this dispenser for less than a year and it now leaks everywhere. Not impressed. We also had the pitcher (plastic) and it also now leaks, unfortunately.

10 cup

This was actually a replacement for the same pitcher I had purchased that was leaking. Customer service sent this replacement with a silicone bottom to hopefully prevent the same leak.
I do love this pitcher and actually couldn't drink my tap water without it. Thank you life straw I would have 10 of these if I could!
I would love one of these in glass but it doesn't seem to come in that size.
