Pitcher way too heavy and slow

Tried the pitcher for two weeks. Water tasted great but pitcher was way too heavy to lift when full (no, we're not old. ) Also you can only put a tiny amount of water in pitcher at a time due to slow filter. Sadly tossed the pitcher and now looking for a new option. Not a practical solution for filtered water.
