The size of the pitcher is perfect for a small household. It is sturdy, easy to use, and we love the color and look of it. So far we are pleased with our purchase and enjoying our fresh, clean water.

LifeStraw has changed my friends’ life!

I have a neighbor who used to lug in gallons of water from the store every week. He needed to drink 7 glasses of water a day but was overwhelmed. At age 72, this was not an easy habit to create. I was concerned about all the microplastics his brain was collecting from the plastic jugs. I gifted my neighbor the 7 cup plastic pitcher. Now, he could stop with the gallon jugs and I felt good knowing he had delicious, safe water to drink. I put 7 popsicle sticks in a paper cup on his counter. I told him to remove one popsicle stick from the cup every time he drank a cup of water. The water tasted so good to him that I had his attention. He didn’t know water could taste like that! Now he is willing to count the glasses each day by moving the popsicle sticks out of the cup, a visual reminder.
The best part is all he has to do is place the pitcher under the faucet to fill it. When the lid over flows, he knows it is full. He easily removes the pitcher and puts it away into the refrigerator. He finds it easy to understand because the gravity fed system works quickly and he sees a full pitcher of clean, delicious water.
My friend is noticing that his dry mouth has subsided and he is feeling so grateful to have easy access to the best tasting water he has ever known! Lifestraw has saved my friends’ life in so many ways! Thank you!

Does not last as long as advertised

These are supposed to last over 200 gallons and for around 6 months. I’m lucky if I get 20-30 gallons out of them, and I’m filtering tap city water. Not worth the price in my opinion.
