I’m not sure if I need to change the filter when I get a new one. I’m just one person using it. Also does it filter out medications that in the water?

Great but slow

We love the taste of the water, the look of the pitcher, and the fact that it is cleaning the water so well. However, it filters extremely slowly. We’ve had ours over a month and it still takes 30+ min for a single batch to filter (initially it was hours). That means we are refilling it all day long. For us it’s worth it for the peace of mind of knowing that it’s filtering out heavy metals, microplastics, and other toxins. But if we find another brand with equal functionality that is faster, we will switch.

Nit only does it filter chemicals and toxins but also microplastics and bacterias.
There are convenient pitchers and water bottles, totable straw systems, counter top high capacity dispensers and more!
Great fashionable colors too!
But most importantly, Lifestraw systems are superior, well constructed, functional, and offer an amazing warranty.
You will not find a better water filtering system!
In addition, Lifestraw contributes so much to communities around the globe , bringing clean, fresh water to all!
