Filters well. Water tastes great. It does take a while to fill, and the size is awkward if you want to keep it in the fridge. It’s too tall to fit on a regular fridge shelf. But overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Terrible product. Hard to change filter and then it doesn’t work.

One of the filters was faulty. I had to discard it because it wouldn’t filter. The water lay stagnant in the dispenser. I should be entitled to a refund.
