pitcher leaks

I've used the straw filter when traveling and really like the product. So I bought a pitcher for my home. I've had the pitcher about 1 year and it has started to leak from the bottom I can't see any cracks. I didn't drop it or cause any damage to it. I plan to order another one but hope it lasts more than a year, otherwise I'll have to stop using the product

I'm confident that LifeStraw filters micro plastics and so much more out of my municipal water. Cleaning my water while providing water to others helps us all.

I trust the filter, not the pitcher.

Part of it broke in our first use - we literally were taking the pitcher apart to clean it and a piece of the cone that holds the filter just broke off in my husbands hand. We can still use the pitcher, which we need to for now due to not having access to a kitchen sink, but we may get another pitcher given we dont want to get cut on this one when we go to wash it again.

Don’t love the spout

Was excited for this to replace our PUR filter, but the spout on the 18-cup version is annoying to use because you have to keep pressing it and the water flow is very low, about half of our PUR filter. We might try and see if the 35 cup version is better but not sure it’ll fit in our fridge. It’s frustrating that the dimensions don’t clearly lay out what is the height vs width vs length. Trying to guess based on just the photos.

Safe water that tastes great

The purifier works as advertised, and it makes our tap water taste noticeably better. Even my grandkids are enjoying the water and drinking more of it, and I feel good knowing that it is more safe than straight out of the tap. As a plus, the color of our purifier matches our kitchen decor.
