Replacement parts from LifeStraw are excellent quality, with tight seals and secure connections. Packaging (except for the mailing envelope) has minimal plastic, adding additional eco-friendliness.

Love this! The size is perfect for my family and I and we use this religiously. The filter replacements are affordable, and I appreciate that I can subscribe to have them sent to me on a regular schedule. This was one of the best purchases of 2024!

Good water - difficult to change filter

As I've written before, I have an extremely difficult time getting the bottom cap of the filter housing off. Other than that, I love my Lifestraw.

We love this product. No more boiling water after power outages. We live in a small town with city water but after the hurricane a boil water advisory was in effect. No more pots on the stove!

I love my LifeStraw water pitcher filter system. Because of space limitations I opted for the 7 c pitcher and I wanted glass, not plastic. The ONLY reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because I would have preferred the 10C pitcher in glass perhaps in a shorter profile. With the 7c pitcher I am constantly refilling it. However, I absolutely love the way my water (city) tastes now. Now chlorine or other nasty tastes. I highly recommend this system.

Very slow dispensing

I love the design of the dispenser and the longevity of the filter. However, the stream of water that comes out when you go to fill up a glass is SO SO slow. It's almost a trickle at times. I've propped it up on an angle which helps a little bit but in general I wouldn't recommend this dispenser due to this issue.
