Great filter- handle needs to be bigger.

Great filter process and fast.
Handle is too small, when pitcher is full, I have to hold the bottom because it is heavier and slightly awkward to hold from handle.
Would absolutely buy again!

I have been asking if I can exchange the 10 cup plastic filter for the 7 cup glass one but no one has been answering.

Unsure- tried to find out if this one should have water run right through immediately- as I was filling it. Could not get an answer from you. I think it is faulty based on past our hases

Overall I find it to be a good water pitcher. It seems to filter out the bad and the water tastes good. I do have concerns that the handle seems a little delicate. But over all it is a fine product.

Great Buy!!

Loving it! The water from my fridge filter always bothered me with its taste; this water comes out clean and crisp and I e been using it to make my homemade seltzers from my Drinkmate (which requires low impurities and it’s been coming out great). The water doesn’t come out very fest but to me that means it’s working to filter it super strongly, which I need in my area of the country! (Wilmington , DE) thanks life straw :)
