Bad Taste

I bought this product so that I could use it on pool water in case we have a long period of no municipal water supply. The web description of this product said that it is supposed to filter out bad taste in addition to all the other icky stuff. Well it's nice to know that the water is safe to drink, but it still tastes like pool water, yuk!

Glass & fresh water

Love that it’s a glass pitcher. My towns water tests have all acceptable levels but has a small % of fluoride & no testing of PFAS. It feels better to have a filter that takes out most every chemical. It does take a long time to fill the pitcher. This replaced a Britta plastic pitcher.

Don’t trust this

Had a water test done on the water I ran thru here. Came up positive for total coliform !!!! Twice I sent in the test to a lab and twice it comes back positive. BUT my well tests clean. This is a fake device !! Don’t trust your health on it

Clean, odor free water

Bought this before moving to Africa. Where I lived, the water must be filtered. The water we had (did have tap water which is a luxury) wasn't always clear and had a strange odor. Even the locals didn't drink from the tap unless they couldn't afford bottled water. This made the water clean, clear, odorless and tasteless. I was sick constantly, but I don't think it was from the water

Great job on the slender design which fits nicely on my limited counter space. I also love that part of my purchase is helping others with the struggle to find clean water. I would have liked to have a feature where you can pour the water into a vessel (filling coffee pot is a bit cumbersome), but all in all, a great purchase. Thank you for what you do.
