Love this dispenser. I have a well with hard water and a large iron content.....this dispenser removes all of that iron taste and then some

works well! Waterflow is at a good rate and dispensing is easy. I read that some customers had problems with the unit sliding back when pushing the dispenser button. It is easy to prevent this when putting one finger behind the little lip on top of the dispenser button.

Don't get me wrong. I love your products and the good you do for our world. But my products came with a piece broken out of it. It still works beautifully, but I paid a lot for it and know that you preferred I received a product that wasn't messed up. So I'm just letting you know.

Kept the Filters & Replaced the Pitcher

I trust that the filter is good, however the plastic pitcher did not work for me, The shape is a bit too tall and I would hit the bottom of it on the sink or counter and it would show stress lines that turned into cracks and created mold. I thought that the first one that I got was defective, but realized afterwards that it was just not right for me. I have replaced the pitcher with a large glass counter top water dispenser that the LifeStraw filter fits nicely into and use it that way.

Like the glass pitcher very much. Good quality and the filtered water is excellent . Only minor issue is the removal of the bottom filter housing van be difficult.
