Water tastes amazing, and the dispenser holds enough water that it's always available anytime. My kids love refilling it and gets them to drink more water. win-win!

The water taste great! Love that I can stop buying plastic water bottles to keep hydrated. I was a little disappointed as I thought I purchased the glass pitcher but user error as I didn’t fully read the description.

Water beads at spout not good

I like the concept I think it’s a wonderful thing to not get micro plastics in our water. I will say, though that a drop of water was always remaining at the spout so I don’t know what to do to stop that. I don’t like standing water going into the next glass, so I am happy with it but I wish this was something that could be handled. Also, the spout itself the button to push it doesn’t look new. It looks like the plastic isn’t cleana and I wish I could include a picture
