I received the new filter but am dismayed because my water pitcher is now leaking. I don’t know if I will be able to continue using it and the new filter I just purchased. I may have just wasted my money!

be improved. It’s challenging to pour a full pitcher with one hand - the handle is too high/doesn’t go low enough and it takes multiple trips under the faucet the fill the pitcher.

I love it, this is my second one. I wouldn’t have had to buy it if the filters (the cone membrane part) were ever available I have been on the email list for when they will be available to purchase for almost six months. Not sure what I will do when the new one needs to be replaced
