I love the sleek design.

I love the sleek design. Wish it wasn't plastic though. It filters a little slow, but I believe the instructions stated this was normal with initial use and that it should get faster. Otherwise, I am liking it!

The quality of the filter is nice. One thing I would suggest looking at is the spout/button to dispense the water. It’s not very ergonomic. I think a tab or a more pronounced lip to grab on to would be a good addition.

I have my replacement filter, but because I’ve only had my bottle and my water pitcher for a month I’ve not had to replace them yet, but I can’t tell you that the filter within each of these units is amazing. Love it easy to install and makes my water refreshing.

Clean Water

I love this water picture. I use it to fill My coffee maker, my tea, even my life straw bottle that I drink from constantly my pets water washing vegetables and fruits off. It just makes me feel good to have clean clear water.

I live in a City, and they have had numerous problems with their water.
Before I purchased this, we used bottled water for cooking & coffee.
Now, we no longer have to buy bottled water.
This system is amazing!!

Get the pitcher instead

I have been using this product for about a year now & the only complaint I have is for the spout. The water flow is so slow. You have to grip the dispenser a certain way so that it doesn't slide back when you're trying to push the button. The spout is also hard to clean. I wished I would have just bought the pitcher instead. The glass 7-cup one is the same price and the 10-cup BPA-Free plastic is cheaper.
