Tasty Water, Hard to Clean

I want to love this dispenser but the water spout is extremely difficult to clean. A new design that does not encourage so much buildup is needed. The spout also dispenses pretty slowly with weak water pressure—it takes a good while to fill up a cup. This is pretty disappointing considering the price of the dispenser. A more powerful spigot that is not nestled within the dispenser's infrastructure would be more desirable. The filtration is great but I wish I had gotten the 10-cup carafe.

I’m very happy with my purchase. I really wanted a glass container and this fit the bill perfectly. I have used it constantly for almost a month now and really love it. No more metallic tasting water!

Can’t live without my LifeStraw

Can’t live without my LifeStraw pitcher in the bathroom. Tap water in our town smells and tastes terrible, but not if it filtered!
So much easier than buying bottled water (and using all the plastic).
