Can only refill one cup of water at a time. The handle is uncomfortable. Just get a Brita. I wouldn’t have posted a review but they send an email asking for one every week so here it is. I don’t recommend this product.

Best Home Filter I Have Bought

I love the design of the carafe and the fact that it is glass. The filters are a bit pricey but the water tastes fresh. I plan to do a blind taste test comparing it to my old Brita filter. The only downside is the slowness filtering the water but I think that is why the water tastes so good. I am curious if the plastic filter compartment gives off micro plastics which my sister-in-law asked me and I had no answer. I will continue buying this brand and highly recommend it.

This water pitcher cracks and leaks after only a few weeks. I’ve bought a few from them hoping that it was just rough handling or something, but I threw out my third pitcher of theirs today for leaking all over my fridge.

The water is much better, clearer and fresher-tasting. However, it is a bother to check and replace them in my 10-cup pitcher.

The order was filled pretty quickly and the product is great. That said, I am not a fan of subscriptions, I'd rather buy a year or two at one time.

I wish the filters would last a little longer. I'm a single person and get the fishy smell after just over 2 weeks of use. Some other co's last longer and do cost more but I'd rather pay more for each one and replace it less often. From my research this is one of the best on the market so I'll keep getting it.

Tiny print on a dark gray background = illegible. The box should come with a magnifying glass so you can read the instructions. OR, YOU COULD ASK SOMEONE OVER 40 TO TRY TO READ THE DOCUMENTATION BEFORE YOU PRINT IT! Same goes for the web site. Way too hard to deal with for anyone with vision impairments.
