Do Not Buy - Can't Even Get a Pitcher Not To Leak

The water quality on the filtered water has been great but we've been through two of these and eventually the bottom just starts leaking. We aren't especially aggressive with it or anything. I don't know how to trust a supposedly high quality filter if you can't get a pitcher not to leak.

Totally love the LifeStraw dispenser! The water tastes so pure. I have the dispenser on the counter for cooking and drinking. I also like the capacity of this dispenser. I have also purchased a water bottle. Thank you for your great product and for your giving back to the needy.

Microplastics filtered? I’m SOLD!

Knowing I'm not consuming microplastics at least while I drink my water is a big thing for me. Lots of filtering dispensers clear out impurities, but knowing this one manages microplastics is what made me purchase it. The design is really really nice in comparison to pitchers - even if the pitcher has a spigot. The Lifestraw container’s spigot is really easy to use when you have your hands full. I’m getting another for my daughter when she finishes up her filters from her water pitcher from another brand.

Coliform - blech!!

After I bought my home a local agency offered free water testing. The well water had been tested prior to my recent purchase but I thought "hey, it's free and will satisfy my nerdy instinct". So I submitted another water sample. My sample tested positive for coliform. The LifeStraw water filter lets me feel secure in the knowledge that my drinking water is safe now. I fill the LifeStraw everytime I go into the kitchen and keep a pitcher full of the already filtered water sitting next to the LifeStraw pitcher.

The filter seems to work

The filter seems to work great, But i get some almost constant leaking out of the spout. The design of the container spout needs to be changed to a different design.
