Hefty pitcher, great tasting water!

I was pleasantly surprised by the heft and thickness of the plastic pitcher. It is also glass-like clear and beautiful. The water takes some time to process, but when completed, it is sweetly pure tasting and without any chemical aftertaste. I'm purchasing more for my office and family members.

Love this filter!

For one, you don't have to change it but once a year!!!! No one else has this as a feature. Two, along with the carbon filter, the water comes out so pure tasting that it's slightly sweet, which I like! Makes drinking lifesaving water so enjoyable!

Love it! Wish I hadn’t wasted money on the 3 life straw on the go canisters.. those are terrible but the pitcher so far is great, read reviews that it will leak but not so far.

Water Tastes Markedly Better

As I am trying to minimize my use of plastic, I am very happy with my glass pitcher. The water really tastes so much better. Of course, it would be nice if the filters could also be made out of something other than plastic.

Leaked too frequently

Had this for about a year. It started out good, then one night after filling my cup and going to bed, I awoke to a completely flooded kitchen floor. It leaked all night long. After this happening another 6 or 7 times, I have decided this is not the one for me.
