BEST TASTING WATER. I cannot rave about this filter enough. I also think the filtration rate is faster than most other filters I've used.

I was very excited to replace my pitcher with this dispenser given the volume of water I drink throughout the day. Unfortunately, I wish I had dug deeper into the reviews. The rate at which the spigot dispenses water is very slow, and as others have noted the spigot is very uncomfortable to operate at all let alone sit there and hold while the water slowly trickles out.
I was hoping this would be an upgrade but it is a huge downgrade. Easier to just refill the pitcher over and over again. Really disappointed in this product.

Good filter, slow process

I think they do a great job filtering the water, my only issue is that it seems to take a really long time for the water to pass through. We have had it for over a month now and it still just filters very, very slowly. Other than that, I love it.
