Happy with purchase

Works great! I love having fresh water on hand without the need to buy bottled water. My tap water has a chemical taste to it, and this pitcher filters that out.

Love this product, the refill isn't that slow either

Very happy with this purchase. I see a lot of people saying it takes forever for the water to drain when you refill the pitcher. While it's certainly much slower than a Brita filter, it still only takes a few minutes. I've just gotten in the habit of refilling it every time I pour into my water bottle, and it works well for my purposes. Love knowing that I'm drinking the cleanest, purest water on a daily basis!

My 10 cup filter leaks at the bottom constantly. Love it otherwise.

Test doesn't hold up.

I recently purchased a Lifestraw 7-cup glass pitcher, and went through the steps to properly set it up, including rinsing out the filters as directed. Today I used a water tester to compare the purity of the water from the pitcher as compared to purified bottled water and tap water. My (Kirkland brand) bottled water registered 15 parts per million (ppm); my tap water registered 33 ppm; and my Lifestraw pitcher's water registered 35 ppm. Since I had filled my pitcher with tap water, how can the pitcher's water register MORE parts per million than plain tap water?
I ran the tests a half a dozen times and got the same readings every time. How can this be?

The website is impossible to determine the refill replacement requirements. I want nothing to do with your company anymore.

I love this filter system! I wish I had known about it sooner, once it's broken in it filters water very quickly and efficiently and taste excellent!

I’m glad to sign up for the reaccurring home delivery of my water pitcher replacement filters. I don’t need to try and find them at the store or remember when I need to replace them. It’s a win for me.
